We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Your order can be tracked through the tracking information provided by us in your shipment notification email. Once your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, we are not responsible if you did not receive, please contact your local carrier in order to file a claim with them.
If you have entered the wrong address or information for your package please email us at berrysweetceo@gmail.com as soon as possible in order to change shipment address. Once order has been shipped we are not responsible for sending a second package to corrected address.
